We don’t build software. We build operating systems.
A point tool solves one problem and leaves you to stitch the rest together. An operating system runs the whole thing. Stavion Technologies builds operating systems for how real-world businesses run, starting with schools, one industry at a time.
We build operating systems. One record. One login. Every tool connected.

The belief
A business shouldn’t have to bend itself around its own software.
Most software asks a business to adapt to it: new habits, new workarounds, a new vendor for every gap it doesn’t cover. We think it should be the other way around. The system should fit how the business already runs, and quietly get out of the way once it does.
A point tool gives you
One problem solved, more created
Another login
Another vendor
Another bill
Data that doesn’t talk to anything
An operating system gives you
Time and control, back
One record
One team to call
Room to grow into it
Nothing to stitch together
That’s the whole thesis behind Stavion Technologies. Not a bigger feature list. A system built for how the work actually happens.
One philosophy, applied industry after industry
Stavion Technologies builds and ships EduCampusOS — the first proof of a playbook we’ll run again.

Our products
EduCampusOS is live. Everything after it follows the same playbook.
Live
EduCampusOS
One school operating system, admissions to alumni, running as one record instead of a dozen logins. Its ClassIQ assistant answers a student’s questions only from their own teacher’s material — never a guess, always cited.

How we build
One playbook. One industry at a time.
We don’t chase any industry. We look for the same shape of problem wherever it shows up — real operational complexity, several stakeholders with no shared source of truth, and a business run on tools that were never built to run one. Schools have that shape. So do queues, bookings, events, retail floors.
STEP 01
Find the chaos
We look for a business function still held together by spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and one person’s memory.
STEP 02
Build the whole system
Not a feature, not a dashboard. The operating system for how that function actually runs, end to end.
STEP 03
Repeat, deliberately
Once an industry’s system is proven, we take the same playbook to the next one. Never all at once.
We’re already scoping the next industry. If yours runs on spreadsheets and good intentions, tell us about it.
Surfaces patterns across real usage across every system we run — what’s slow, what’s skipped, what’s breaking — before it becomes a support ticket.
Beyond our own products
We also help other businesses build their own future.
Not every business needs a packaged operating system yet — some need help figuring out how to digitize what they already do first. It’s often how we get close enough to a new industry’s chaos to know whether it deserves an operating system of its own. Hands-on digital transformation for small, mid-size and large businesses.
